1. I am a member of the ISN, how do I access the member Portal?

Simply by signing in to the Member Login page. Your ISN Portal Is an online space where you can access your membership benefits including access to journals, e-learning platform as well as being able to renew your membership

2.  How do I renew my membership or become a new member?

To join ISN as a new member, please visit the Become a member page. To renew your ISN Membership, please visit the Renew your membership page and renew online. If you forgot your membership login details, click here to reset your password.

3.  When will my membership start?

ISN has a rolling membership. Membership starts the date payment is received and ends one year later (unless multi-year membership is selected).

4. How do I apply for a trainee membership?

To join as a Trainee, register in our dedicated page here. Please note that Trainee membership will be offered for a maximum of 5 years.

5. When is the deadline for renewing my membership?

IISN Membership is valid for one year (unless multi-year membership is selected). Automated communications will be sent out as of one month prior to the membership expiration date. Renewals received after the expiration date risk affecting member benefits.

6. How do I change my account details?

If you would like to make changes to your account such as your e-mail address, work or home address details, please send us an email to membership@theisn.org
