ISN offers free membership to all health professionals from low-resource countries* involved in kidney care Featured

ISN is taking extra steps to increase its impact on kidney care in low-resource countries and is delighted to announce that doctors, scientists, nurses, dietitians, pharmacists, social workers, and technicians from countries categorized by the World Bank as low income can now join ISN as free members and receive ISN member benefits.

 ISN and its members support the global advancement of kidney care. Through this offering more specialists and doctors from low-resource settings will be able to gain access to the scientific knowledge and research ISN offers and to take part in the many capacity-building programs ISN runs in order to help improve kidney care in their countries.

If you are a health professional involved in the care of people with kidney disease from one of the countries listed below or know someone who is, please do take this offer up and join the Society which works for the common good of people suffering from kidney disease around the world.

* Countries eligible for free membership include: Afghanistan, Benin, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cambodia, Central African Republic, Chad, Comoros, Congo (Dem. Rep.), Eritrea, Ethiopia, Gambia, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Haiti, Korea (Dem. Rep.), Liberia, Madagascar, Malawi, Mali, Mozambique, Nepal, Niger, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Sudan, Tanzania, Togo, Uganda, and Zimbabwe.
These countries are categorized as Low Income according to the gross national income (GNI) per capita calculated using the World Bank Atlas (www.data.worldbank.org).
