Elsevier to publish KI in 2016 Featured

As of January 2016, Elsevier, a world-leading provider of scientific, technical and medical information products and services, is publishing Kidney International (KI).

This week, ISN Education is sharing its latest resources on the topic of Acute Kidney Injury (AKI). The team have added two new video presentations from the AKI & CRRT Conference 2015 held in San Diego, California last February.

It has now been over 10 years since the Canadian Society of Nephrology (CSN) became a collective member of the International Society of Nephrology (ISN).

A tribute to Hai-yan Wang Featured

KI Editor-in-Chief Detlef Schlöndorff says that this will be accomplished without reducing the total number of articles published per year. The Journal of Nephropathology (JNP), a new peer reviewed tri-annual medical journal, is dedicated to basic and clinical researche in the fields of renal pathology, nephrology, kidney transplantation, renal physiology and hypertension. 

It has been 40 years since the first issue of Kidney journal cover_largeInternational was published. ISN started its publication history with Nephron in 1964. Kidney International, or KI as it has become known, became its flagship journal in 1972.
