Read and submit your application.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Here\u2019s what the role entails\u2026<\/strong><br \/>\nYou&#8217;ll participate in regular online meetings\u2014weekly, biweekly, or monthly\u2014depending on the preparation phase. You&#8217;ll also contribute by creating social content such as visual abstracts, quizzes, speaker or delegate interviews, and engaging with the vibrant WCN online community.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>In the beginning<\/strong>: ~6 hours week<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ramping up to WCN<\/strong>: ~16 hours\/week<\/li>\n<li><strong>During WCN<\/strong>: ~10 hours\/day<\/li>\n<li><strong>After WCN<\/strong>: ~1 hour\/week<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"before-list\"><strong>Perks and benefits of being part of the SoMe team<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Complimentary registration to WCN\u201927 (including WCN courses, except the interventional nephrology course, which requires separate registration and can be purchased for 165 USD)<\/li>\n<li>Official recognition on the WCN website<\/li>\n<li>Certificate of participation from WCN<\/li>\n<li>Opportunity to participate at a congress session on the WCN Spotlight Stage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Selection criteria<\/h3>\n<div class=\"before-list\"><strong>To be part of the SoMe team, you must:<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Have an active ISN Membership. Not yet an ISN member? <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theisn.org\/membership\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Join today<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Attend WCN\u201927 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, with mandatory attendance throughout the entire congress<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate a passion for science communication on social media<\/li>\n<li>Have completed the <a href=\"https:\/\/academy.theisn.org\/products\/at-isneducation-social-media-team-curriculum?utm_source=X&amp;utm_medium=Organic_social&amp;utm_campaign=Curriculum_SoMe\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ISN Social Media Curriculum<\/a> at the ISN Academy<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a professional and engaging presence on social media which is aligned with ISN\u2019s values<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"before-list\"><strong>Additional considerations include:<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Global and regional representation<\/li>\n<li>Gender balance<\/li>\n<li>Participation in ISN activities (committees, initiatives, working groups)<\/li>\n<li>Team rotation (new applicants may be prioritized)<\/li>\n<li>Range of nephrology expertise (e.g. pediatrics, transplantation, interventional nephrology)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Applicants will be evaluated by the Social Media Team Chair, Deputy Chair, and ISN staff.<\/p>\n<p>The ISN reserves the right to exclude applicants whose public online activity does not align with ISN\u2019s values or community standards.<\/p>\n<h3>Send in your application!<\/h3>\n<p>Ready to make SoMe noise and contribute to meaningful engagement around WCN\u201927?
