Payments in other currencies are not accepted.<\/li>\n<li>Invoice information (address and personal data) must be set up during registration; changes cannot be made after payment completion.<\/li>\n<li>Fees are determined by the date both the registration request and payment are received. Prices indicated applied until midnight midnight, Central European Time (GMT +1) of the date.<\/li>\n<li>Payment by bank transfer is accepted until March 18, 2027. Failure to do so will result in abstract withdrawal. WCN organizers will not be held responsible for non-publication.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>Certificate of attendance<\/h3>\n<p>Registered and paid participants will be able to download a certificate of attendance. The certificate will be available exclusively on the <a href=\"https:\/\/events.theisn.org\/user\/login?bounce=%2Fwcn26%2Fuser%2Fdashboard\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ISN Events Portal<\/a> after the congress. Further information regarding certificates will be shared closer to the event.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong>: Delegates with uncompleted profiles at the ISN Events Portal will not be able to download their certificate of attendance. We urge participants registered by third parties or under group registrations to make sure their profiles are completed before the congress.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h3>General liability and insurance disclaimer<\/h3>\n<p>WCN\u201927 organizers reserve the right to modify the congress program, schedule, or related elements at any time. Information published on the congress website is subject to change or substitution. Registered participants will not be entitled to compensation for costs or damages arising from such changes, except for reimbursement of the registration fee paid.<\/p>\n<p>The organizers accept no liability for loss, theft, or damage to property, or for injury to persons during the congress, except in cases of proven fault, intent, or gross negligence on their part.<\/p>\n<p>Participants are strongly advised to make their own arrangements regarding health and travel insurance (including loss of fees\/deposit for travel and accommodation through cancellation of the Congress). The organizers of the ISN World Congress of Nephrology do not take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance<\/p>\n<h3>Code of conduct<\/h3>\n<div>WCN is committed to a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Be respectful, inclusive, and collaborative.<\/li>\n<li>Refrain from offensive language or conduct.<\/li>\n<li>Do not record presentations or discussions without explicit consent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Violations may result in removal from the event without refund and exclusion from future ISN events. Report inappropriate behavior to <a href=\"mailto:registrationswcn@theisn.org\">registrationswcn@theisn.org<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>Data privacy<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Data will be used only to manage your registration and participation at WCN.<\/li>\n<li>Data may be shared with hosting societies\/session chairs for planning but will not be given to third parties without consent.<\/li>\n<li>ISN and its vendor (Anderes Fourdy Events) will store and process data securely.<\/li>\n<li>Under EU Regulation 2016\/679 (GDPR), you may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting <a href=\"mailto:registrationswcn@theisn.org\">registrationswcn@theisn.org<\/a> (proof of identity required).<\/li>\n<li>By allowing badge scans by exhibitors\/sponsors, you consent to your contact details being shared with them.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Photography\/Filming Notice:<\/h3>\n<p>he ISN may photograph, film, or otherwise record activities during its in-person congresses and events. These images and recordings may include participants\u2019 likenesses and are processed under ISN\u2019s legitimate interest in documenting and promoting its educational and scientific activities (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).<\/p>\n<p>The resulting materials may be used by ISN to communicate news about the congress, promote future events, and share educational or professional updates. This may include publication on the ISN website, in printed or electronic communications, and on ISN\u2019s social media channels.<\/p>\n<p>Recordings will be stored securely and retained only as long as necessary for the above purposes, in accordance with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theisn.org\/privacy-policy-isn\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ISN\u2019s Privacy Policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>If you prefer not to appear in photographs or videos, please inform the photographer at the time or contact ISN at infowcn@theisn.org. ISN will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests, for example by avoiding identifiable shots or removing specific images upon justified request.<\/p>\n<p>By entering the event premises, participants acknowledge that photography and filming may take place and that ISN may use such material as described above.<\/p>\n<h3>Access for minors<\/h3>\n<div>Minors (individuals under 18 years of age) may access the congress venue.<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Minors must be registered (no fee applies), please contact <a href=\"mailto:registrationswcn@theisn.org\">registrationswcn@theisn.org<\/a> to request the appropriate registration form.<\/li>\n<li>Each minor must be accompanied at all times by a parent or guardian (1 minor = 1 adult). The accompanying adult must be a registered WCN\u201926 attendee. Adults are fully responsible for ensuring appropriate behavior from minors. Any disruption to congress activities will not be tolerated.<\/li>\n<li>The organizers are not responsible for any content presented during the congress that may be considered unsuitable for children.<\/li>\n<li>Minors will not be admitted to the opening ceremony, plenary sessions, exhibition area, Interventional Nephrology Course, and industry sessions.<\/li>\n<li>Registered minors will be required to wear a badge or wristband (depending on age), which must include the contact information of their accompanying adult while onsite.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>For group registrations only:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3>Profile completion<\/h3>\n<p>Final date for uploading delegate details is March 10, 2027. After this date, name changes or new entries will incur a USD 50 fee per participant.<\/p>\n<p>Empty tickets will be cancelled without refund.<\/p>\n<p><strong>IMPORTANT<\/strong>: The group leader is responsible for ensuring that their group members are not already registered (individually or through another group).
