\nLocated in the exhibition hall, the Spotlight Stage is an excellent opportunity to reach delegates in a dynamic manner to deliver presentations through mini-symposia, or showcase your activities\/products and services as a product theater. Alongside industry-hosted sessions, the ISN will deliver engaging presentations on the spotlight stage on a variety of topics throughout the day. The sessions are limited to 40 attendees.<\/p>\n

\nYou can arrange a 60-minute rehearsal slot for your industry session at the venue with technicians and ISN staff available. This can be scheduled either at the time of booking your session or at a later date; however, please be aware that availability is limited. Company is responsible for coordinating faculty for rehearsal.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n <\/p>\n
Support with Evaluation Forms<\/strong> – $2,000
\nSponsors have the opportunity to provide ISN with a link to an external evaluation tool. ISN will distribute the form to the delegates who attended your symposium. While companies can independently manage evaluation forms\u2014such as including a QR code on a slide or by booking an additional button for the app\u2014choosing this option ensures that the evaluation form will be sent to all delegates via email.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n <\/p>\n
Badge Scanner<\/strong> – $1,000
\nBuy one single license and up to five devices (e.g., phone, iPad) can scan delegate badges using the camera function to capture their information. Rental period covers the entire congress and results are provided in live-time.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n <\/p>\n
Voting\/Polling<\/strong> – Price per device in manual
\nRent handheld devices for polling and voting, which can effectively gather opinions and responses from your audience during your session. This add-on includes coordination between ISN and the technicians\/AV prior to the congress for a smooth process on-site.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n <\/p>\n
Live Stream<\/strong> – $6,000
\nIt is possible to add on the option of livestreaming industry symposia to an online audience. As with symposia recordings, the live streaming will be open-access targeted at healthcare professionals. An individual is not required to be registered to WCN in order to watch the live stream of the symposium.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n <\/p>\n

Programs<\/h4>\n
The deadline to book industry symposia is November 14, 2025 and the deadline to book Spotlight sessions is September 15, 2025. Programs must be submitted by December 10, 2025. The content of industry sessions must be submitted for review and approval by the WCN Congress Organizing Committee (COC) who will ascertain the scientific value of the program. Approval or suggestions for changes by the COC will be communicated and these recommendations must be taken into consideration. There is a max number of speakers \/ chairs (as with the scientific program). Bookings are handled first come, first serve. As much as possible, we ask that industry symposia programs are diverse from a gender, ethnicity and cultural perspective.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n
Catering<\/h4>\n
Lunch is provided for all fully-registered delegates during the main days of the congress. Lunch boxes will be served at the entrance of all session rooms 15-minutes prior to the start of the industry symposia sessions. In an effort to reduce waste and ensure various dietary needs are considered, the ISN will manage catering at lunch and this is reflected in the symposium package fees. Breakfast symposia slots are not automatically catered for by the organizer. Companies hosting an industry symposium during a breakfast slot have the option to organize their own catering at an additional cost. \nSponsors have the opportunity to provide ISN with a link to an external evaluation tool. ISN will distribute the form to the delegates who attended your symposium. Programs<\/h4>\n
The deadline to book industry symposia is November 14, 2025 and the deadline to book Spotlight sessions is September 15, 2025. Programs must be submitted by December 10, 2025. The content of industry sessions must be submitted for review and approval by the WCN Congress Organizing Committee (COC) who will ascertain the scientific value of the program. Approval or suggestions for changes by the COC will be communicated and these recommendations must be taken into consideration. There is a max number of speakers \/ chairs (as with the scientific program). Bookings are handled first come, first serve. As much as possible, we ask that industry symposia programs are diverse from a gender, ethnicity and cultural perspective.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n
Catering<\/h4>\n
Lunch is provided for all fully-registered delegates during the main days of the congress. Lunch boxes will be served at the entrance of all session rooms 15-minutes prior to the start of the industry symposia sessions. In an effort to reduce waste and ensure various dietary needs are considered, the ISN will manage catering at lunch and this is reflected in the symposium package fees. Breakfast symposia slots are not automatically catered for by the organizer. Companies hosting an industry symposium during a breakfast slot have the option to organize their own catering at an additional cost. Programs<\/h4>\n
The deadline to book industry symposia is November 14, 2025 and the deadline to book Spotlight sessions is September 15, 2025. Programs must be submitted by December 10, 2025. The content of industry sessions must be submitted for review and approval by the WCN Congress Organizing Committee (COC) who will ascertain the scientific value of the program. Approval or suggestions for changes by the COC will be communicated and these recommendations must be taken into consideration. There is a max number of speakers \/ chairs (as with the scientific program). Bookings are handled first come, first serve. As much as possible, we ask that industry symposia programs are diverse from a gender, ethnicity and cultural perspective.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n
Catering<\/h4>\n
Lunch is provided for all fully-registered delegates during the main days of the congress. Lunch boxes will be served at the entrance of all session rooms 15-minutes prior to the start of the industry symposia sessions. In an effort to reduce waste and ensure various dietary needs are considered, the ISN will manage catering at lunch and this is reflected in the symposium package fees. Breakfast symposia slots are not automatically catered for by the organizer. Companies hosting an industry symposium during a breakfast slot have the option to organize their own catering at an additional cost. The travel, accommodation or registration of the faculty participating in industry sessions are not<\/strong> included in the fees. \nLocated in the exhibition hall, the Spotlight Stage is an excellent opportunity to reach delegates in a dynamic manner to deliver presentations through mini-symposia, or showcase your activities\/products and services as a product theater. Alongside industry-hosted sessions, the ISN will deliver engaging presentations on the spotlight stage on a variety of topics throughout the day. The sessions are limited to 40 attendees.<\/p>\n\n- \n

Programs<\/h4>\n
The deadline to book industry symposia is November 14, 2025 and the deadline to book Spotlight sessions is September 15, 2025. Programs must be submitted by December 10, 2025. The content of industry sessions must be submitted for review and approval by the WCN Congress Organizing Committee (COC) who will ascertain the scientific value of the program. Approval or suggestions for changes by the COC will be communicated and these recommendations must be taken into consideration. There is a max number of speakers \/ chairs (as with the scientific program). Bookings are handled first come, first serve. As much as possible, we ask that industry symposia programs are diverse from a gender, ethnicity and cultural perspective.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n
Catering<\/h4>\n
Lunch is provided for all fully-registered delegates during the main days of the congress. Lunch boxes will be served at the entrance of all session rooms 15-minutes prior to the start of the industry symposia sessions. In an effort to reduce waste and ensure various dietary needs are considered, the ISN will manage catering at lunch and this is reflected in the symposium package fees. Breakfast symposia slots are not automatically catered for by the organizer. Companies hosting an industry symposium during a breakfast slot have the option to organize their own catering at an additional cost. Travel Policy<\/h4>\n
The travel, accommodation or registration of the faculty participating in industry sessions are not<\/strong> included in the fees.
