How can I view and make changes to registrations?<\/h3>\n
Organizations can efficiently oversee their registration group through the congress registration portal. Here, you can:<\/p>\n
\n- View your current complimentary badges<\/li>\n
- Order additional paid badges<\/li>\n
- Provide names for full-congress badges<\/li>\n
- Review and download invoices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

Please note that if you log into the registration portal before receiving this email you will not see anything – please wait for the email before logging into your account.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n <\/p>\n
How do I access the registration portal?<\/h3>\n
Your registration group will be automatically created shortly after the registration team processes your booking form.<\/p>\n
When you submitted this form, you appointed a primary contact person responsible for managing the congress registration tasks. Please note that:<\/p>\n
\n- The registration group leader and main company contact can be different people.<\/li>\n
- The group leader will receive all communications related to your group registration. It will be the group leader responsibility to share information with the group members, ensure the correct registration of the group members and distribute the badges.<\/li>\n
- Please ensure that you use the created industry group for all registration of your company staff. This registration group is exclusively for your staff. If you would like to invite non-staff members, please create a separate registration group.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Registration groups will be created as of end October. Please follow the instructions provided by email from registrationswcn@theisn.org<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n<\/h3>\nWhen can I collect our badges?<\/h3>\n\n\nYou must collect your badges as a group. It is not possible to collect individually. The group leaders will be contacted in March to schedule a time\/date for the collection. Group leaders must provide ID proof when collecting.<\/p>\n
We kindly ask that group leaders distribute badges away from the registration area in order to avoid crowding.<\/p>\n
