in USD. Other currencies are not accepted.<\/li>\n<li>Invoice information (address and personal data) must be set up during registration; changes cannot be made after payment completion.<\/li>\n<li>Fees are determined by the date both the registration request <strong>and payment<\/strong> are received. Prices indicated applied until midnight, Central European Time (GMT +1) of the date.<\/li>\n<li>Payment by bank transfer is accepted until <strong>March 13, 2026<\/strong>. Cash payments are not accepted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Cancellation or changes to confirmed registrations<\/h3>\n<p>Any cancellation or change to your registration must be communicated by email to the registration team at registrationswcn@theisn.org and will be subject to the following conditions:<\/p>\n<div><strong>Cancellation of participation by the registrant<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>On or before February 25, 2026. The registration fee will be refunded, minus an administrative charge of USD 150.<br \/>\n<em>Please note: If the registration fee is less than USD 150, no refund will be issued.<\/em><\/li>\n<li>After February 25, 2026: No refunds will be issued.<br \/>\n<em>Refunds for cancelled registrations will be processed after WCN\u201926.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Name changes\/replacements<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>Name changes are only allowed for confirmed and paid registrations.<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>On or February 25, 2026: Replacements or name changes may be made free of charge.<\/li>\n<li>After February 25, 2026: Replacements or name changes will incur an administrative fee of USD 50.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Non-attendance\/no-show<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Should a registered delegate be unable to attend the congress for any reason, no reimbursement or waiver of fees will be granted.<br \/>\nYour WCN registration includes 30-day access to WCN\u201926 content on-demand after the congress even in the case of a no-show.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Double payment\/overpayment<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In the event of a double payment or overpayment, an administrative fee of USD 50 will be deducted from the refund.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h3>Abstract presenter registration<\/h3>\n<p>Presenting authors must register for the congress by January 14, 2026, to have their abstract published on Kidney International Reports\u00ae and to present a poster. Failure to register by this date will result in the abstract not being published or presented. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theisn.org\/wcn\/abstracts\/#abstract-requirements\">Read abstract submission conditions<\/a><\/p>\n<p>If the presenting author is unable to attend, a co-author may present the abstract instead, provided they are registered.<\/p>\n<p>The original presenter must inform the abstract team at <a href=\"mailto:abstractswcn@theisn.org\">abstractswcn@theisn.org<\/a> of the change by January 14, 2026 and provide the registration number of the new presenting author at the same time. Failure to do so will result in abstract withdrawal. No exceptions. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theisn.org\/wcn\/abstracts\/#abstract-requirements\">Read abstract submission conditions<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Abstract presenters must register using the same email, if they fail to do so and do not communicate the change of email to the abstract team, the abstract might not be published in Kidney International Reports\u00ae or presented onsite. WCN organizers will not be held responsible for non-publication.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>Certificate of attendance<\/h3>\n<p>Registered and paid participants will be able to download a certificate of attendance. The certificate will be available exclusively on the <a href=\"https:\/\/events.theisn.org\/user\/login?bounce=%2Fwcn26%2Fuser%2Fdashboard\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ISN Events Portal<\/a> after the congress. Further information regarding certificates will be shared closer to the event.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong>: Delegates with uncompleted profiles at the ISN Events Portal will not be able to download their certificate of attendance. We urge participants registered by third parties or under group registrations to make sure their profiles are completed before the congress.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h3>General liability and insurance disclaimer<\/h3>\n<p>WCN\u201926 organizers reserve the right to modify the congress program, schedule, or related elements at any time. Information published on the congress website is subject to change or substitution. No additional claims or fee waivers will be accepted should program modifications be required.<\/p>\n<p>In the event of serious unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond the organizers\u2019 control, the organizers may cancel or reschedule the congress. Registered participants will not be entitled to compensation for costs or damages arising from such changes, except for reimbursement of the registration fee paid.<\/p>\n<p>The organizers accept no liability for loss, theft, or damage to property, or for injury to persons during the congress, except in cases of proven fault, intent, or gross negligence on their part.<\/p>\n<h3>Code of conduct<\/h3>\n<div>WCN is committed to a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Be respectful, inclusive, and collaborative.<\/li>\n<li>Refrain from offensive language or conduct.<\/li>\n<li>Do not record presentations or discussions without explicit consent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Violations may result in removal from the event without refund and exclusion from future ISN events. Report inappropriate behavior to <a href=\"mailto:registrationswcn@theisn.org\">registrationswcn@theisn.org<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>Data privacy<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Data will be used only to manage your registration and participation at WCN.<\/li>\n<li>Data may be shared with hosting societies\/session chairs for planning but will not be given to third parties without consent.<\/li>\n<li>ISN and its vendor (Anderes Fourdy Events) will store and process data securely.<\/li>\n<li>Under EU Regulation 2016\/679 (GDPR), you may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting <a href=\"mailto:registrationswcn@theisn.org\">registrationswcn@theisn.org<\/a> (proof of identity required).<\/li>\n<li>By allowing badge scans by exhibitors\/sponsors, you consent to your contact details being shared with them.<\/li>\n<li>Photography\/Filming Notice: <span class=\"TextRun SCXW249090937 BCX8\" lang=\"EN-GB\" xml:lang=\"EN-GB\" data-contrast=\"none\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW249090937 BCX8\">The ISN may photograph, film, or otherwise record activities during its in-person congresses and events. After this date, name changes or new entries will incur a USD 50 fee per participant.
