The 2022 World Congress of Nephrology is hosted in a virtual format. All registered delegates will have access to the virtual pre-congress sessions and courses (February 21-24), congress plenaries, scientific sessions, networking events and a lot\u00a0more<\/a> (February 25-27). Full access remains available on-demand for three months after the congress. A personalized letter with information to access the WCN\u201922 virtual platform will be sent to you in the week prior to the start date of the congress. After this date the content will be accessible via the ISN Academy.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”Accreditation” tab_id=”accreditation”][vc_column_text]Accreditation<\/strong><\/p>\n The ISN World Congress of Nephrology, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, 24\/02\/2022-27\/02\/2022 has been accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME\u00ae) with 18<\/strong> European CME credits<\/strong> (ECMEC\u00aes). Each medical specialist should claim only those hours of credit that he\/she actually spent in the educational activity.<\/p>\n Through an agreement between the Union Europ\u00e9enne des M\u00e9decins Sp\u00e9cialistes and the American Medical Association, physicians may convert EACCME\u00ae credits to an equivalent number of AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM. Information on the process to convert EACCME\u00ae credit to AMA credit can be found at www.ama-assn.org\/education\/earn-credit-participation-international-activities<\/a>.<\/p>\n Live educational activities, occurring outside of Canada, recognised by the UEMS-EACCME\u00ae for ECMEC\u00aes are deemed to be Accredited Group Learning Activities (Section 1) as defined by the Maintenance of Certification Program of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.<\/p>\n A certificate of attendance can be downloaded from your personal WCN Registration portal after the congress.<\/em>[\/vc_column_text][vc_separator color=”blue”][vc_column_text]The World Congress of Nephrology (WCN) 2022 has been accredited for CPD points under the Malaysian Medical Council CPD Grading System:<\/p>\n [\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”Data & Privacy” tab_id=”data-privacy”][vc_column_text]Delegates (including industry delegates) may be able to view who is visiting the industry showcase in real-time. They will only be able to view the information each participant makes public in their profile.<\/p>\n Participants may opt-in to allow ISN to share their details with companies of booths they visit in the Industry Showcase or with companies organizing an industry symposia they have viewed. These will include First Name, Surname, Email Address, Affiliation and Gender. Industry may use these details to contact the delegate. Industry will not be allowed to use the details in your public congress profile to contact you outside of WCN without your approval.<\/p>\n All pictures and\/or video recordings taken by the organizers or its formally appointed representatives (photographer, videographer) during WCN\u201922, may be used by ISN, MSN or APSN in communications. No individual portrait picture will be taken without the participant\u2019s consent. Participants posing for pictures agree to give ISN the right to use the images taken. All you need is a good internet connection and your computer\/laptop.
