must submit the program of your industry symposia for approval by<\/span><\/span> October 15, 2021<\/em> (first draft) and November 12, 2021<\/em> (final draft).\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n How do I submit?<\/strong><\/p>\n Submission is made via an online form on the Industry Portal. You must log-in to the Industry Portal using the log-in provided to you, click on the button INDUSTRY SYMPOSIUM PROGRAM SUBMISSION<\/em>. It will open up a form for you to fill in the details of your program.<\/p>\n What information is required?<\/strong><\/p>\n Who are the programs approved by?<\/strong><\/p>\n The content of industry sessions must be submitted for review and approval by the WCN Congress Organizing Committee (COC) who will ascertain the scientific value of the program. Approval or suggestions for changes by the COC will be communicated and these recommendations must be taken into consideration. Changes cannot be made without approval.<\/p>\n When will we know if the program is approved?<\/strong><\/p>\n We will confirm within 2-3 weeks of submitting your program.<\/p>\n Are there any other considerations?<\/strong><\/p>\n In line with the ISN Position Statement on Diversity<\/a>, we ask that industry symposia programs are diverse from a gender, ethnicity and cultural perspective.<\/p>\n Will <\/strong>sessions be<\/strong> s<\/strong>ubtitle<\/strong>d<\/strong>? <\/strong><\/p>\n All pre-recorded WCN sessions are automatically subtitled with English subtitles.
