[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]The ISN World Congress of Nephrology, Buenos Aires, Argentina, 13\/04\/2024-16\/04\/2024<\/strong> has been accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME\u00ae<\/sup>) with 20.5 <\/b><\/span>European CME credits (ECMEC\u00ae<\/sup>s).<\/p>\n

Each medical specialist should claim only those hours of credit that he\/she actually spent in the educational activity.<\/p>\n

Through an agreement between the Union Europ\u00e9enne des M\u00e9decins Sp\u00e9cialistes and the American Medical Association, physicians may convert EACCME\u00ae<\/sup> credits to an equivalent number of AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM. Information on the process to convert EACCME\u00ae<\/sup> credit to AMA credit can be found at www.ama-assn.org\/education\/earn-credit-participation-international-activities.<\/p>\n

Live educational activities, occurring outside of Canada, recognised by the UEMS-EACCME\u00ae<\/sup> for EACCME\u00ae<\/sup>s are deemed to be Accredited Group Learning Activities (Section 1) as defined by the Maintenance of Certification Program of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.<\/p>\n

Please find below the breakdown of EACCME\u00ae<\/sup>s per day:<\/p>\n

April 13, 2024 – 6.0<\/strong>
\nApril 14, 2024 – 5.5<\/strong>
\nApril 15, 2024 – 5.5<\/strong>
\nApril 16, 2024 – 3.5<\/strong><\/p>\n

The EACCME\u00ae<\/sup> awards ECMEC\u00ae<\/sup>s on the basis of 1 ECMEC\u00ae<\/sup> for one hour of CME with a maximum of 8 ECMEC\u00ae<\/sup>s per day. Cf. Chapter X of UEMS 2016.20.<\/p>\n
