Welcome to the industry prospectus, designed to showcase the many ways your team can engage with and participate in the ISN Frontiers Meeting. This guide provides an overview of sponsorship opportunities, exhibition options, and bespoke partnership packages, offering your organization the chance to connect with leading professionals, share your innovations, and enhance your visibility within the global nephrology community.

Exhibition

Standard Booth

  • Located within the main exhibition area
  • Tabletop display with two chairs, skirt, and literature display case and electrical point
  • Includes two full meeting passes
  • Company name displayed on the tabletop

Fee: $6,000

Premium Booth

  • 3 x 3m space
  • Fully equipped booth package with back drop (that can be customized at extra cost), counter/table, two chairs, trash can, lighting and electrical point
  • Company name displayed
  • Includes four full meeting passes

Industry Symposia

Engage directly with delegates with your own 60-minute program. Sessions are scheduled in uncontested time slots, with no other parallel activities taking place. A total of three slots are available in the main room. These sessions provide maximum visibility and the chance to showcase scientific content, innovations, and expertise to a highly engaged audience.

What is included?

  • Your organization’s 60-minute program presented live in a main session room of the congress venue
  • Theater set-up with stage, lectern and speaker table
  • AV equipment and dedicated technical support during your session
  • Session is recorded and available online post-congress for 12 months (Open-access / no paid registration required)

How are symposia shared with delegates?

  • Full industry schedule displayed on the Frontiers website (session title and time/date)
  • Full industry schedule promoted via email and social media before, during and post-meeting
Catering
Lunch will be served 15-minutes prior to the start of the industry lunch symposia slots. In an effort to reduce waste and ensure various dietary needs are considered, the ISN will manage catering orders for lunch; this is already reflected in the symposium package fees. The afternoon symposia slot is not automatically catered for by ISN.

Feature in Email to Delegates 

Place your linked banner in daily Frontiers Meeting emails sent to all registered delegates. Space is limited to two per daily newsletter.

Place your linked banner on the Frontier’s website. Banners are seen in the months leading up to the congress until closing of the website (placed separate from scientific program information).

Share your message with every attendee through custom-printed handouts featuring your brand and key information. Production and delivery are the responsibility of the sponsor.

Meeting Rooms

Organize your Roundtable with ISN Support

ISN assists with invitations, venue logistics, and coordination with leading experts to align with your meeting objectives. Your team can simply arrive on-site and lead the discussion in private – minimizing time and planning on your part. These 90-minute sessions enable valuable exchanges among key opinion leaders (KOLs), with ISN providing impartial expertise and complete logistical support (room, A/V, and refreshments). Contact us for more details.

Private Meeting Rooms

Do you need a space to conduct your own business and KOL meetings during Frontiers? Rooms include water, optional catering, and are available from 6–7 September within the main venue for convenient access by attendees. Meeting space is limited and based on first come, first serve.

Sponsorship Opportunities

Welcome Reception 

Put your brand front and center at the Welcome Reception. Your logo will be prominently displayed throughout the reception, and branded place cards on high-top tables ensure maximum visibility while guests network.

Coffee Breaks 

Dedicated morning and afternoon breaks will include coffee service for all delegates. As the sponsor, your branding will be prominently displayed in the coffee break area.

Branded backdrop in a high-traffic area where attendees take selfies and group photos.

Notepads & Pens 

Custom-branded stationery distributed to attendees. Production and delivery are the responsibility of the sponsor (for a recommended order of approximately 500 delegates).
