What is included in the individual and group registration
- Full access to scientific and industry sessions
- Entry to the exhibition and poster areas
- Networking activities, including an invitation to the Opening Session and Welcome Networking Reception (September 5)

Fees, payment and invoicing
- All fees are in USD. Other currencies are not accepted.
- Invoice information (address and personal data) must be set up during registration; changes cannot be made after payment completion.
- Fees are determined by the date both the registration request and payment are received. Prices indicated applied until midnight, Central European Time (GMT +1) of the date.
- Payment by bank transfer is accepted until August 13, 2026. Cash payments are not accepted.
Cancellation or changes to confirmed registrations
Any cancellation or change to your registration must be communicated by email to the registration team at frontiers@theisn.org and will be subject to the following conditions:
Cancellation of participation by the registrant
- On or before August 5, 2026. The registration fee will be refunded, minus an administrative charge of USD 150.
Please note: If the registration fee is less than USD 150, no refund will be issued. - After August 5, 2026: No refunds will be issued.
Refunds for cancelled registrations will be processed after the ISN Frontiers Meeting.
Name changes/replacements
- On or before August 5, 2026: Replacements or name changes may be made free of charge.
- After August 5, 2026: Replacements or name changes will incur an administrative fee of USD 50.
Non-attendance/no-show
Should a registered delegate be unable to attend the meeting for any reason; no reimbursement or waiver of fees will be granted.
Double payment/overpayment
In the event of a double payment or overpayment, an administrative fee of USD 50 will be deducted from the refund.
Abstract presenter registration
Presenting authors must register for the congress by June 30, 2026, to have their abstract published on Kidney International Reports® and to present a poster. Failure to register by this date will result in the abstract not being published or presented. Read abstract submission conditions.
If the presenting author is unable to attend, a co-author may present the abstract instead, provided they are registered.
The original presenter must inform the abstract team at frontiers@theisn.org of the change by June 30, 2026 and provide the registration number of the new presenting author at the same time. Failure to do so will result in abstract withdrawal. No exceptions. Read abstract submission conditions.
Abstract presenters must register using the same email, if they fail to do so and do not communicate the change of email to the abstract team, the abstract might not be published in Kidney International Reports® or presented onsite. ISN Frontiers organizers will not be held responsible for non-publication.
Language and translation
The official language of the meeting is English. However, an AI-assisted live translation will be available onsite. Participants will have, via their mobile, real-time access to translated audio, subtitles, session transcripts, and same-language captions in over 30 languages.
Letter of invitation
This letter is available to help participants obtain funds or absence approvals. It does not imply a commitment on the part of the organizers to provide any support, financial or otherwise. A letter of invitation will be available to the registered delegates who have completed payment of their registration fees only.
Certificate of attendance
Registered and paid participants will be able to download a certificate of attendance. Further information regarding certificates will be shared closer to the event.
General liability and insurance disclaimer
The organizers reserve the right to modify the meeting program, schedule, or related elements at any time. Information published on the congress website is subject to change or substitution. Delegates are encouraged to regularly consult the official website (https://www.theisn.org/frontiers/) for updates. No additional claims or fee waivers will be accepted should program modifications be required.
In the event of serious unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond the organizers’ control, the organizers may cancel or reschedule the meeting. Registered participants will not be entitled to compensation for costs or damages arising from such changes, except for reimbursement of the registration fee paid.
The organizers accept no liability for loss, theft, or damage to property, or for injury to persons during the congress, except in cases of proven fault, intent, or gross negligence on their part.
Code of conduct
The ISN Frontiers Meeting is committed to a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
- Be respectful, inclusive, and collaborative.
- Refrain from offensive language or conduct.
- Do not record presentations or discussions without explicit consent.
Violations may result in removal from the event without refund and exclusion from future ISN events. Report inappropriate behavior to frontiers@theisn.org.
Data privacy
- Data will be used only to manage your registration and participation at the ISN Frontiers Meeting.
- Data may be shared with hosting societies/session chairs for planning but will not be given to third parties without consent.
- ISN and CMA will store and process data securely.
- Under EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), you may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting frontiers@theisn.org (proof of identity required).
- By allowing badge scans by exhibitors/sponsors, you consent to your contact details being shared with them.
- Photography/Filming Notice: The ISN may photograph, film, or otherwise record activities during its in-person congresses and events. These images and recordings may include participants’ likenesses and are processed under ISN’s legitimate interest in documenting and promoting its educational and scientific activities (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).The resulting materials may be used by ISN to communicate news about the congress, promote future events, and share educational or professional updates. This may include publication on the ISN website, in printed or electronic communications, and on ISN’s social media channels.Recordings will be stored securely and retained only as long as necessary for the above purposes, in accordance with ISN’s Privacy Policy.If you prefer not to appear in photographs or videos, please inform the photographer at the time or contact ISN at frontiers@theisn.org. ISN will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests, for example by avoiding identifiable shots or removing specific images upon justified request.By entering the event premises, participants acknowledge that photography and filming may take place and that ISN may use such material as described above.
For group registrations only
Profile completion
Final date for uploading delegate details is August 5, 2026. After this date, name changes or new entries will incur a USD 50 fee per participant. Empty tickets will be cancelled without refund.
Onsite badge and material collection
The group leader (or authorized representative) must collect all badges and meeting materials for the group. Distribution to individual members is the group leader’s responsibility. More info will be provided before the meeting.
