1. Pre-book your transfers with us:
You can pre-book your transfers (Arrival /Departure) with us on chargeable basis while doing your registration using the online registration link for the meeting. One of our representatives will be present near arrival gate outside the airport to assist you with the transfer to the venue (JW Marriot, Aerocity- New Delhi). The transfer will be arranged in a dedicated sedan car (Comfortable for 02 -03 Passengers).

2. Own Arrangement :
You may choose to make your own arrangement for arrival/departure transfers on direct basis as per your preference. Please find below few options from the airport & Railway station for your convenience.
a) App based Taxi/cabs:
You can book cabs from the apps based service providers like Uber or Ola which are easily available at the airport.
Outside each airport terminal, there is a dedicated cab zone like Ola zone or Uber zone where you can meet your driver and proceed further to JW Marriot, Aerocity, New Delhi (Meeting Venue).
Similar services are available at New Delhi railway station.
Cost: The cost of App based taxi depends on hours of operation and availability.
b) Local/Town Cabs:
You may take the local/town cabs from the counter outside the arrival gate at the airport. These cabs/local taxis are available at each terminal and railway stations.
c) Metro train/Subway or tube (Airport Express Metro Line)
The venue “JW Marriot, Aerocity- New Delhi” is well connected by Metro/Subway train from Airport – Terminal 3 and New Delhi railway station.
If you are arriving at the IGI airport or New Delhi Railway station, take the Airport Express line to “Aerocity Metro station”. The venue (JW Marriott, Aerocity) is just 600 mts from the Aerocity Metro station and can be reached by walking or by an auto-rickshaw/taxi, which are easily available outside the station.
