Join us for a series of seminar workshops that offer a comprehensive dive into the latest tools and resources available for data analysis in kidney research!

On Friday, attendees can explore a Gateway to Transcriptomic Analysis in Kidney Disease Research, Nephroseq, – a data mining platform that facilitates transcriptomic analysis in kidney disease research through curated molecular and clinical data to streamline scientific discovery. That afternoon, a session will be offered on the many facets of the Kidney Tissue Atlas, the data mining framework from the Kidney Precision Medicine Project. We will learn about the power of the Atlas Explorer and Spatial Biopsy Viewer to deepen understanding of molecular mechanisms active in CKD and AKI. Friday’s final session will showcase the next generation of Spatial Biology and Digital Pathology tools for kidney tissue research.

Saturday’s morning seminar will focus on the exploration of how genetic and genomics are linked in kidney disease, and how variants that regulate kidney-specific genes can be explored in the NephQTL portal. Saturday afternoon, attendees can discover the potential of CELLxGENE, an open-source platform that empowers users to link single-cell and single-nuclear data with clinical datasets for disease-stage-specific analyses.
