Set-up/Breakdown Schedule
Please note that the venue has strict opening and closing times so it is important to fully respect the schedule below. No one will be allowed in after or before these times.

Exhibitors are obliged to remove their belongings, disassemble and remove the construction elements of the booth and return the space and what is provided by the ISN in perfect condition within the booth breakdown period established in this schedule. During the dismantling period, the security of the booth is at the sole risk and expense of the exhibitor.
Location of Exhibition Hall
The exhibition hall is located in Hall B (Sala Grande) of CEC.

Loading Area
Vehicles access to the CEC will be on street Eduardo Couture between Vaz Ferreyra and Julia Victor Gonzalez by Callao Street until reaching the so called unloading area.
During the periods of construction and dismantling of the exhibition, an area for suppliers, booth builders, decorators, etc. will be established within the general parking lot. Parking in this area will be free of charge. The coordination of loading and unloading as well as the time limits assigned to each builder are the responsibility of the property. Vehicles will not be allowed to enter the pavilions without authorization from Anselmi.
Security
Exhibitors take full responsibility at all times to guard the items on their booth (including set up and dismantling period). General security will be provided by the organizer around the clock. Exhibitors and their staffs will not be allowed in the exhibition hall before/after official hours. All personnel in the exhibition halls must wear badges at all times. To avoid any loss or damage, exhibitors with small exhibit items are strongly recommended to carefully pack their items in proper packages/boxes at the end of each show day.
If your displays are very valuable or sensitive and you wish to hire security personnel to attend to your stand exclusively for out-of show hours, please contact official security company. Please note that companies must not use their own staff or personnel from any other security agency. It is possible to book additional security for your booth through Met Group (please see form below).
- The ISN and Anselmi are not responsible for any damages that may be caused by issues with light installations, electricity, drains, etc. Nor are they responsible if due to any fact and/or event, even if it is external, the interruption of these services occurs and affects the development of the exhibition.
- Exhibitors and their personnel are obliged to allow the examination of objects, packages and vehicles that enter and leave the exhibition area.
- The ISN and Anselmi will have the power to prohibit the operation of equipment, machines, inflammables, etc., if they consider that it offers some type of danger or produces excessive noise.
Security and Regulations for Working Staff
During building and dismantling, any working staff must wear the appropriate PPE including helmet and safety shoes. People working in height with elevators and/or scaffolds, will also have to wear harnesses without exception.
Fire Extinguisher
Exhibitors with a booth size higher than 50sqm must place a 2.5 kg ABC triclase chemical powder fire extinguisher inside the assigned space. Exhibitors must give instructions to their staff on how to handle the extinguisher.
Cleaning
The ISN has arranged for the general cleaning of the public exhibition areas (excluding booths) prior to the opening of the exhibition and daily thereafter (outside of opening hours). Exhibitors wishing to book additional booth cleaning must do so only with the appointed company through the booking form (at the end of this page). Cleaning crew will be provided with the necessary access/badges by ISN. Any necessary disposal of stand materials, rubbish etc. by the ISN will be at the exhibitor’s cost. During build-up and dismantling periods, independent booth-building contractors appointed by exhibitors are responsible for the removal of their own stand building/dismantling materials and rubbish.
Electricity
Anselmi is the sole provider of electricity for the venue. All electrical installation work in the exhibition must be carried out solely by Anselmi. Exhibitors are required to switch off all appliances and switches on their booth at the end of each day.
Please provide the following considerations to your independent booth contractors:
- The energy available is alternating current of 220/380 V and 50 Hz. Electric power will be supplied from the perimeter boards.
- Booths must have an input board with a differential circuit breaker and thermomagnetic protection with a capacity according to its installed power. This panel must have a flexible underground type cable with low emission of smoke and toxic gases, free of halogens, type LSOH of 1KV, IRAM standard No. 62266, with a section not less than 2.5 mm2², which will be connected to the panels perimeter, as appropriate.
- Single-phase connections will only be allowed for powers of up to 3 Kw. For higher powers, the connections must be three-phase, and exhibitors must suitably balance the single-phase consumption so as not to generate harmful imbalances in the installation.
- The green/yellow cable for “grounding” and the light blue neutral only will be mandatory.
- Conductors of the type already described from the input panel to the switches of each motor, starters with current limiter (star-delta type) in all motors greater than 10 HP and safety devices for each of them will be mandatory for motor power.
- For consumption greater than 30 Kw and up to 60 Kw, there must be two input boards, with the above considerations being valid for each of them.
- For consumption greater than 60 Kw, the property will study the feasibility of the case.
- It is expressly forbidden to make clandestine connections and/or connect powers higher than those requested.
- Verification of electricity consumption: Anselmi will have technical personnel monitoring the electricity consumption of each stand. It is the obligation of the exhibitor and/or its stand personnel to allow access to their electrical panels, whether they are easily accessible, or are located in locked areas, furniture, etc. The result of the measurement must be confirmed and received by personnel present at the exhibiting firm. In those cases in which a consumption greater than that foreseen by the exhibitor is detected, the exhibitor will be notified to pay the excess electricity consumption or, failing that, to reduce consumption by eliminating electrical devices. Anselmi may suspend the electricity supply if the situation is not regularized.
- For flexible connections to equipment that do not exceed three meters in length, the use of a cable called IRAM 2158 flexible cord (workshop type) is allowed.
- Only the installation and/or use of lighting with LED technology (Light Emitting Diode) will be accepted.
- The property has its own backup generator set which will be used in the event of a power outage. It will cover all temporary connections installed for the event plus services and air conditioning.
Insurance
Proof of insurance can be sent via email to florencia.v@metgroup.com.ar or can be printed and brought directly to the venue during the congress.
Giveaways
Gadgets that are distributed to participants should be professional in nature and should not exceed a maximum value of 5 USD per item. Sharp, pointy or dangerous objects are not allowed. The organizer reserve the right to request invoices of the gadgets at any time.
Promotion / Demonstration
Exhibitors are not allowed to place stickers, signs or posters anywhere in the halls other than within their own stand and on paid advertising poster sites and billboards. Likewise, exhibitors’ representatives may not distribute brochures, invitations, etc. along the gangways or near the entrances/exits.
Exhibitors who intend to provide demonstrations or make presentations during the exhibition must strictly follow rules & regulations below:
- Such demonstration and presentation do not interfere with the conduct of business of other exhibitors in terms of sound, nor cause any smoke or fumes.
- Exhibitors are not allowed to place any display materials or exhibits beyond their contracted boundary.
- In case of use of loudspeaker for demonstration / presentation in your booth, any loudspeaker must face on to exhibitor’s stand only and maximum volume is 70 decibel my measured from distance of 3 metres away from the booth.
- Any promotional activity involving the demonstration of games, organized competitions or quizzes will need an advance permit from the organizer.
All exhibitors must be considerate of their noise levels for neighboring booths in the exhibition hall (max sound level may not exceed 85dB when measured 1 meter from stand). Activity or equipment that is considered to generate excessive noise or flashing lights is not allowed. Exhibitors must follow the relevant licensing provisions for use of music and TV on their stands.

Important Considerations
- Exhibitors are not allowed to place any display materials or exhibits, nor extend their booth structures and fittings, beyond their contracted boundary
- Dividing partitions will be presented between stands executed in modular aluminum structures with white laminate panels.
- The panels mentioned above may not be perforated or painted, materials that can be removed without damaging the surface may be glued and may not be used as a support structure for the booth.
- The replacement cost of the panels that are damaged when dismantling each stand will be borne by the exhibitor and will be communicated in a timely manner.
- Exhibitors – when taking possession of their space – must notify Anselmi of any deterioration that may exist in both the panels and the floor at the time of taking charge of the acquired space, in which case he will proceed to deliver a release document.
Exhibitors who opted for customized booth will be given exhibition floor space only, without wall partition, basic furniture, electrical and other facilities. Exhibitors have to design and construct their own booths.

You need to submit your customized design via email to rblondel@theisn.org by March 4. All elements below must be provided in the same email.
Plans must include the following:
- Architecture dimensional drawing in scale 1:50 including plan, section, perspectives and views with all their dimensions specifying the material to be used, lighting and any aspects that facilitate the reading of the booth
- Certified based Argentinian electrician to provide a calculation log ‘commande electrica’
- Risk assessment, to include fire hazards and method statement
- Booth number + company name
Guidelines for Booth Building
Height restriction
Exhibitors must build 2.5m back walls in their booth design on the walls that are adjoining to other neighbouring booths. If you are unsure, please reach out to us. Exhibitors with a booth size 18sqm or larger may include additional feature walls in the centers of their booth with a max height of 4m.
Booth boundaries and design restrictions
Exhibitors are not allowed to place any display materials or exhibits, nor extend their stand structures and fittings, beyond their contracted boundary.
- Each booth needs to have its own panel and it is not permitted to use the neighboring booth’s panel.
- No element of the booth can exceed the limits of the space, both in plan and height.
- Island booths are not allowed to construct full solid wall in all sides.
- Booth fronts: it is allowed to close with opaque panels up to 50% of each front that looks towards corridors of common circulation (as long as they include photographs, showcases, logos, etc.) This rule also applies to opaque elements that are removed from the front up to 1.0m.
Rigging
Authorization must be requested from Anselmi, to hang from the structure of the roof of the property (borders, fabric structures, lighting beams, etc.).
Obstructing gangways
No part of any booth or exhibit, including fascia, signs, lighting, corner posts, etc. shall project into or over the gangway or obscure any fire or exit signs and the ISN reserves the right to remove any such item. It is strictly forbidden to build across gangways.
Accessibility
CEC is an accessible venue, which means it is an inclusive space in which the specific needs of disabled people are contemplated.
- Access ramp: In booths with a floor level equal to or above 2 cm’ height, a ramp will have to be placed with a width no less than 0,90 m to allow the access of disabled people and/or with permanent or temporal reduced mobility.
Ramps must have a slope no higher than 10%. In cases of slopes of more than 2 meters the Works Department will evaluate the placement of a handrail. Slopes below 3% will not require the placement of a handrail irrespective of their length. Clear width: minimum 0.90 m / maximum 1.20 m. Flooring: non-slip, flat surface. Intermediate landing: the ramp must not exceed 6.00 m of horizontal projection.
In the case of booths that count with public attention in an interfloor, a space for public attention for disabled people on the ground floor must be provided, which should have the same attention than that provided in the upper floor. - Circulation within the booth: In the case of booths where product exhibition is arranged inside and requires entering the booth, this itinerary will have to be accessible for disabled people, no elements hindering the way should be included or those that may alter the floor surface (perforations or terminations difficult to walk through). It has to be considered that the minimum circulation width for wheelchairs is between 1.20 and 1.50 m., being optimum the placing of ramps at the beginning and at the end of the itinerary.
In those cases, in which due to booth dimensions it may not be possible to have this kind of free circulation, the product exhibition will also have to be available from the outside part of the booth so that disabled people can visualize them from the general circulation areas.
Prohibitions
- Produce any type of deterioration such as: painted, perforated, nailed, glued, welded on the floor, walls, columns or any fixed installation of the exhibition hall. Drilling, breaking, damaging or digging gutters in the floor is prohibited. All constructions must rest on the existing floor without affecting it. The damage caused by the exhibitor will be evaluated by Anselmi and its payment will be borne by the exhibitor.
- The closure or physical and/or visual obstruction of the emergency exits of the exhibition premises is totally prohibited.
- It is totally forbidden to hang or fix elements of any structural element of the pavilions (ceilings, beams, columns, etc.)
- It is forbidden to fix plugs and drill bits or make threads of any kind on the floor, or carry out any type of wet construction.
- The electrical panels, as well as the hydrants and/or fire extinguishers of the exhibition hall, located within the lots, may not be covered or prevent free access.
Floors
- Floors may not be hardened, painted, or covered with granular materials. If they can be covered with platforms, carpets glued with double-sided tape. The use of glue is prohibited.
- Any carpet adhered to the floor of the stand must be placed only with double-sided tape of the width of your choice. The application of any type of contact glue to the floor of the pavilions is strictly prohibited.
- In cases where a wooden floor, carpet on a 10 cm platform or fabrics are used, its surface must be fireproofed and a Certificate of Fireproofing of materials signed by a Safety Engineer must be presented. Likewise, the product used for fireproofing must have the approval of INTI. Said certificate must be delivered to Anselmi during the buildind period.
- When carpeting directly on the floor with double-sided tape or the platform is less than 8 cm, compliance with the standard detailed above is not required.
- In the case of placing machines or heavy or voluminous elements, Anselmi must be consulted about the internal movements and the mechanical resistance of the flooring.
Construction materials
- All construction materials must be of the lowest possible combustibility or fireproof.
- All masonry materials, bricks, cement, plaster mixtures or any type of wet construction are prohibited.
- Combustible materials (for example, brochures) inside the booth must be limited to those required for one day of exhibition. The storage of combustible materials behind the stands is prohibited.
- Exhibitors may not have combustible, flammable, or explosives inside the booth, nor may they operate internal combustion engines.
- Balloons inflated by hydrogen, helium or the like are prohibited.
