Before your initial login, we recommend you watch a short tutorial here. 
Respecting the original location of WCN’21 in Montreal, Canada, the livestream runs on Montreal time (EDT). 
You will access the platform in the same way.   Accessing the Virtual WCN’21 platform is easy:

  • Log in using your registration/abstract credentials

If you have any issues accessing the link or using the platform during the day, please email registrationwcn@theisn.org. There will also be live chat available during congress hours.  
To reset your password please go to the link here. Once on the site, please use the box "Forgot your password", and put in your username or email used for registration. An automatic e-mail will be sent to reset the password  
If this email does not appear, please be sure to check your spam / junk mail folder. If these cannot be found in either folder you will need to ensure all emails from noreply@theisn.org, IP address: 91.183.188.144, are allowed in your inbox. This is something you may need to ask your IT to set this up. 
No need to download or install any software. You only need a good internet connection and your computer/laptop. The preferred browser is Chrome, but the platform is compatible with the majority of browsers, except Explorer. Please check to have the browser latest version.  
Extra tip: If you experience problems accessing the platform, refresh your browser cache by clicking CTRL+F5. 
The congress platform will remain full accessible between April 20 and May 31, will all presentations, e-posters, and networking accessible on-demand and at your fingertips. 
The ISN World Congress of Nephrology has been accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®) with 18 European CME credits (ECMEC®s). Each medical specialist should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity. To download the CME Certificate of Attendance:
  • Please login to your WCN’21 Portal, here
  • Click on the “My CME Certificate” button
  • Complete a feedback survey to access your certificate. This is mandatory and required by EACCME®.
  • Once completed you will be able to download your certificate
Please note that the CME Certificate of Attendance is not available for the on-demand viewing.
The official language of the congress is English. Presentations are delivered in English. Promoting inclusiveness and for your convenience, all recorded presentations have English subtitles included (made possible by AstraZeneca and Janssen). Plenary lectures are also available with French subtitles.
One registration fee opened access to a rich week-long congress program with pre-congress courses and other activities including the Film Event, Global Kidney Policy Forum, 45+ congress sessions, industry sessions and showcase, and networking with participants from around the world.
