About

Taking place online, Virtual WCN’21 opened the congress to thousands of participants, including the world’s leading experts in kidney health care, to exchange the latest science and discuss the newest clinical applications designed to improve kidney health and prevent kidney disease worldwide. Virtual WCN’21 delivered the high-quality educational experiences and opportunities for scientific discovery, networking, and professional development that participants have come to expect, in fresh formats, at their fingertips and on-demand.

A special part of Virtual WCN’21, the ISN Community Film Event was held between March 11 and April 19. Out of 34 entries from all over the world, a selection of seven short films have been selected to compete for the 2021 Award. The winners have been announced at WCN’21.

One registration fee opened access to a rich week-long congress program with pre-congress courses and other activities including the Film Event, Global Kidney Policy Forum, 45+ congress sessions, industry sessions and showcase, and networking with participants from around the world.
