Virtual and Live Accessilaria2021-11-18T14:14:40+00:00One registration fee will give access to all content and features – be it in-person, live streaming, on-demand, or a combination of these.

• Access to the Virtual Congress Program, Networking and Special Events All registered participants will have access to the full virtual program. A personalized letter with information to access WCN’22 virtual platform will be sent to you no later than one week prior to the start date of the Congress. All recorded content will be available for registered participants for three months after the congress.
• Access to the In-Person program The virtual congress is supplemented by in-person activities taking place in Kuala Lumpur. Currently, travel restrictions and limited entry in Malaysia for international participants applies. Registered participants who can travel to Kuala Lumpur and are interested in attending the in-person activities can indicate their interest on the online registration. For those, further communication and our request to confirm your in-person presence will be requested closer to the congress dates. IMPORTANT: Only fully vaccinated individuals are allowed to enter the congress venue. Furthermore, a Covid-19 saliva or RTK-Antigen test must be conducted prior to the event, physical distancing must be observed, and face masks must be always worn by all participants.
• Please note that rules and restrictions might change. It is the sole responsibility of the participants to verify the conditions and restrictions applied to access the country.
  • Considering the world-wide situation, participants interested in attending the live event are strongly advised to make their own arrangements regarding health and travel insurance including loss of fees/deposit for travel and accommodation due to travel restriction changes (for example quarantine requirements), border opening changes (currently set to January 2022) and or changes/cancellation of WCN congress format. We advise participants to check their government’s website dedicated to travel restrictions or the sites listed below.
  • Please note that the organizers of the ISN World Congress of Nephrology do not take any responsibility for any participant failing to check latest updates or arrange their own insurance.

1. Check registration information at https://www.theisn.org/wcn/registration/ if not done yet
2. Check our T&C at https://www.theisn.org/wcn/wp-content/uploads/sites/4/2021/10/WCN22-TC-Group-Registration-VIRTUAL.pdf if not done yet
3. Go to the WCN Portal https://cm.theisn.org/cmportal/Account/Login?ReturnUrl=%2Fcmportal%2Fportal%2FWCN2022%2Fnormal to login into the registration system
4. If you already have an ISN event account/profile (NB: This is NOT your ISN Membership account): sign in by typing your username (last name.first name) and password.
5. If you do not have an ISN event account: type your email address in the "Create a new profile" box. Should your name already be in the database, the system will tell you and you will be invited to sign in.
6. If you have already a profile but you do not remember your password: use the box "Forgot your password". A new password will then be generated and sent to the email address registered in our system. If you do not receive the “Reset password” email in your inbox, please check your spam or bulk email folder. If the email cannot be found in either folder, please ask your IT team to ensure all emails from [email protected], IP address: 91.183.188.144, are allowed in your inbox.
7. After creating an account or resetting your password, an automatic e-mail will be sent. If this email does not appear, please be sure to check your spam / junk mail folder.
8. Once logged in click on “My Group Registration” and follow the instructions in the portal
9. Payment by Credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) can be securely made online. We recommend not to provide credit card details by email or phone. Payment by bank transfer is accepted up to January 31, 2022. After January 31, 2022, any outstanding amounts must be paid by credit card. Cash payments are NOT possible.

Confirmation of Registrationkristi2021-11-03T15:07:30+00:00Upon finalizing your registration online, you will receive an acknowledgement and confirmation including all the details of your registration as well as corresponding invoices and payment confirmations. This information will be sent to the email address you provided when completing the registration. 
A copy of the registration confirmation, invoice, and important documents will be available on your personal space on the WCN Registration Portal under “My Documents”. In the unlikely event that you do not receive your registration confirmation within the timeline mentioned above or copies are not available on the portal, please contact the WCN Registration Team via [email protected]  

Cancellationkristi2021-11-03T15:06:36+00:00Cancellation of participation by the participant

• On or before January 19, 2022: refund of fee minus an administrative charge of 150 USD. Please note that in case of registration fee lower than 150 USD, there will be no refund.
• After January 19, 2022: no refunds will be issued.

Refunds of cancelled registrations will be processed after WCN’22.
