Yerba mate and pastries tasting
Become an expert in Mate! In this lesson you will learn the meaning, origin, production process, properties, types, and consumption levels of yerba mate in Argentina and worldwide. The experience also includes an explanation of how to prepare the perfect mate, and taste different types of blends, with typical pastry and sweets from Argentina. In case the delegates are interested, there is also a discount on buying yerba mate!

Active pause break
The active break class is an experience designed to revitalize the body and mind in just 15 minutes. Focused on enhancing well-being and productivity during the congress, it allows participants to take a break from their workday and get moving. Use this brief break to take care of yourself and return to sessions and symposiums with renewed energy and a focused mindset.

These activities will be held outside the CEC, in the plaza.

Delegates can register on site at the WELLNESS AREA: max 20 people for each activity slot.
