Clinical Research Program Abstract Award: 3rd Prize

ISN Clinical Research Program (CRP) Abstract Awards recognize the three top-scored WCN’26 abstracts submitted by recent CRP participants.

Dr. Rumbidzai Dahwa is head of the renal department at Sally Mugabe Central Hospital and provides consultant nephrology services at Parirenyatwa Group of Hospitals in Harare, Zimbabwe. She is also a lecturer in the department of medicine at the University of Zimbabwe, Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences.

Dawha graduated with an honour’s degree in Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from the University of Zimbabwe in 2003. After completing her housemanship, she pursued postgraduate training in Australia, qualifying as a specialist physician and nephrologist in December 2013. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. with the George Institute in Sydney and University of New South Wales, Australia.
