Accreditation and credits

The ISN World Congress of Nephrology, New Delhi, India, 06/02/2025 – 09/02/2025 has been accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®) with 15.5 European CME credits (ECMEC®s).

Each participant can only receive the number of credits they are entitled to according to their actual participation at the event once they have completed the feedback form. Cf. criteria 22 of UEMS 2023.07.

Through an agreement between the Union Européenne des Médecins Spécialistes and the American Medical Association, physicians may convert EACCME® credits to an equivalent number of AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM. Information on converting EACCME® credit to AMA credit can be found at www.ama-assn.org/education/earn-credit-participation-international-activities.

Live educational activities, occurring outside of Canada, recognised by the UEMS-EACCME® for EACCME®s are deemed to be Accredited Group Learning Activities (Section 1) as defined by the Maintenance of Certification Program of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.

Please find below the breakdown of EACCME®s per day:

February 6, 2025 – 6.0
February 7, 2025 – 4.0
February 8, 2025 – 4.0
February 9, 2025 – 1.5

The EACCME® awards ECMEC®s on the basis of 0,5 ECMEC® for 30 minutes of CME with a maximum of 8 ECMEC®s per day. cf. Chapter XIII of UEMS 2023.07

Please note that the CME Certificate of Attendance is not available for on-demand viewing.

IMPORTANT: Delegates can obtain CME credits ONLY for the days in which you scan your badge at the “Badge Scanning Zones”

Indian CME accreditation:

The ISN World Congress of Nephrology, New Delhi, India has been accredited by the Delhi Medical Council (https://www.delhimedicalcouncil.org/), valid for all Indian medical professionals attending the Congress.

Participants are required to maintain a record of CME Credit Hrs. in their CME Credit Passbooks, which is available on the website www.delhimedicalcouncil.org in a downloadable form.
