ISN-ACT Named Fellow
The designation of ISN Named-Fellow is bestowed upon early-career ISN members who have contributed significantly to various ISN research-related initiatives in collaboration with ISN research group leaders.
Dr. Chiara Ruotolo is a nephrologist and research fellow at the University of Campania “Luigi Vanvitelli” in Naples, Italy. Her research primarily focuses on non-dialysis chronic kidney disease, its complications and prognostic impact, peritoneal dialysis, and nephrological conditions in pregnancy. In 2024, she undertook a period of clinical and research training at the Centre Hospitalier du Mans in France, with a specific focus on pregnancy-related nephrological disorders. She has been contributing to the ISN Global Kidney Trial Watch (ISN TrialWatch) – previously named Global Trials Focus – since 2023 as a reviewer and translator and continues to actively support the project. In recognition of her sustained contribution to ISN Advancing Clinical Trials (ISN-ACT) activities, she was awarded the title of ISN-ACT Named Fellow (2023–2025).
