Through ISN's Continuing Medical Education (CME) program, the Society brings essential teaching and training to some 12,000 doctors and health care practitioners in the world each year. The CME Program enhances the exposure of medical professionals to formal nephrology education.

ISN is proud to partner with virtually every national nephrology society in the world to organize CME courses, ISN can offer excellent speakers including many of the world’s leading authorities in the field. Since 2011 ISN GO leadership has initiated a new program to have one meeting in each region every two years that will be designated an ISN GO Regional Workshop. Workshops will be added to scheduled CMEs or regional meetings. These workshops will be a unique opportunity for leaders of ISN GO program in each region (Regional Committees, Fellowship, Sister Renal Center, CME et al) to plan a coordinated approach for the next two years in their area and serve several purposes :
