This toolbox offers essential components (key principles, processes and building blocks) as a guide to starting and sustaining early CKD detection and intervention programs. It is a curated resource, designed to facilitate access to guidelines and user-friendly evidence-based resources relevant to each of the essential components. It is not required to address each component in a set order; the framework is meant to be adapted to your own context.
