Call for expressions of interest/nominations for
ISN Sister Renal Centers Committee Members

The ISN welcomes expressions of interest/nominations for the positions of members of the ISN Sister Renal Centers (SRC) Committee. The members will start at the World Congress of Nephrology 2026 (WCN’26).

About the ISN SRC Committee

The ISN SRC Committee oversees the ISN SRC Program, which is part of the overall capacity building effort of the ISN and strives to bring essential teaching and training to doctors and healthcare practitioners in low resource countries (i.e. LICs, LMICs and UMICs as per World Bank status). By linking emerging centers with supporting centers, the SRC Program aims at enhancing the clinical practice of nephrology at emerging centers through a variety of training exchanges.

The main work of the ISN SRC Committee is the online scoring of the SRC applications once a year (deadline is on October 1st). The majority of the work, therefore, takes place in October and November.

The role

Members contribute to the main work of the SRC Committee, mainly online scoring of the SRC applications once a year and providing insight and recommendation to ensure successful implementation and sustained impacts of the SRC Program.
