Endorsements and Grants

The ISN reviews all applications to determine the scientific and educational merit of the proposed content, however ISN’s endorsement is for the promotion of education in general and the specific content of the event/course is the responsibility of the organizer. The ISN does not endorse non-ISN webinars and events by medical education companies.

The application, review, and endorsement process is FREE for ISN Collective and Affiliated societies, Sister Renal and Sister Transplant Centers, and ISN Regional and Interventional Nephrology Training Centers.

All other organizations are required to pay a standard application fee to cover the administrative cost of processing the application. This fee is non-refundable and does not guarantee an endorsement of the event.

All requests must be made via the application form (below) and submitted at least three months prior to the event, along with the event’s program; reviewal cannot be guaranteed for applications submitted outside the required time-frame. All endorsement applications will be reviewed and a decision provided within 30 calendar days.

Successful applicants will be provided with a formal acceptance letter, a version of the ISN logo (which includes a Disclaimer Statement) for inclusion on printed and online material, and a post-event report form which lists required deliverables and must be completed and returned to ISN within 30 days of the event.

The endorsed event will be included in the calendar of ISN Stakeholders’ Events.

Please note that any version of the ISN logo should NOT be included on event materials (including the event’s website) until AFTER endorsement has been granted. Organizers of approved endorsed events will be provided with a version of the ISN logo which includes the Disclaimer Statement: ISN endorses promotion of education, not the specific content.

ISN endorsement does not include financial support for the event. Non-compliance with the terms specified in the endorsement policy will result in future requests being denied.
