The ISN’s Expert Forum on B Cell Targeting in Glomerular Disease: A New Era in Treatment is a 2-day in-person scientific meeting for experts to have an in-depth exchange of knowledge and interactive discussion on B cell therapies and B cell targeting in glomerular diseases. This invitation-only meeting will bring together around 100 attendees (including speakers).

This is a 2 day forum which requires physical presence in Seville, Spain from January 29-31, 2026. This forum can only be attended in person, no virtual option is available.

An invtitation letter is available for download from the event portal. This invitation letter is extended specifically to assist you to obtain leave from your employer or to initiate your visa application. It does not imply any commitment on the part of the organizer to provide visa application formalities.
We are able to provide only the visa support letter available for download directly from the platform. In order to maintain fairness and consistency toward all participants coming from many different countries, we follow our approved Standard Operating Procedures, which ensures that the same materials and level of support are available to everyone.
Any cancellation or change to your registration must be done in writing to ISNevents@theisn.org.
If you cancel your registration for any reason including failure to obtain a visa, you are responsible for any costs incurred (e.g. travel and visa). The responsibility for procuring health/accident and travel insurance remains with you
If you cancel your registration, you will no longer be eligible to claim the travel contribution.

Forum organizers reserve the right to modify the forum program and forum elements at any time. Details published on the forum website are subject to change or subject to substitution. Delegates are encouraged check the forum website for updates on a regular basis. No right to further claims will be possible should the organizers be obliged to alter the program.
In the event of serious special or unforeseen circumstances or serious circumstances beyond its control, the forum organizers shall be entitled to cancel or modify the dates of the forum. Registered delegates shall not be entitled to seek compensation for any costs or damages incurred because of such cancellation or change. The organizers will not be liable for any theft or damage to property and/or persons caused on site during the forum, by any factor whatsoever, unless there has been a fault, intent or deliberate recklessness on the part of the organizers.

Following the forum, participants will receive a certificate of attendance.
- You are unable to claim the travel grant contribution for the forum if you do not attend.
- You will only receive the contribution following forum completion and submission of the required forms (bank form and W8/W9).

Data collected by the organizers both directly and via the official registration vendor will only be used to manage your registration for the forum and to provide you and other delegates with relevant information about your attendance. Certain data will be shared with the forum hotel to book your accommodation, but will never be shared with other third parties without your expressed and recorded consent.
Information collected during the registration process will be used to process your registration, book your hotel room, as well as ensure you receive a forum badge, certificate of attendance, and travel contribution. Without this information, we will be unable to properly process your registration. The recipients of the data are the forum organizers, the official registration vendor, and the delegate hotel. Data will be stored and used in a secure environment.
In accordance with the chapter 3 of the European Regulation 2016/679 with regards to data protection, you have the right to request from the forum organizers, access to and rectification or erasure of your personal data or restriction of processing concerning your data. The International Society of Nephrology (ISN) will take photos during the forum. These images will be used by the ISN to share news about the forum and promote future forums. Images may be used on the ISN website, in ISN news, printed publicity and published on the ISN’s social media and e-mails. They will be stored securely on the ISN servers. Forum organizers will not accept any intimidating, harassing, abusive, discriminatory, derogatory, or demeaning speech or actions.
