Cardiovascular disease is a major cause of morbidity and mortality in patients with CKD. There are evidence-based guideline availableto guide practice in many aspects of CVD in CKD, but practice in real world varies significantly. In this webinar we provide an overview of the current practice in the management of hypertension, dyslipidemia and anemia, and discuss how understanding clinical practice variation can lead to the definition of strategies to improve outcomes.
