The 0by25 Initiative, which set out with the ambitious goal in 2013 to eliminate preventable deaths from Acute Kidney Injury (AKI) worldwide by2025, has evolved into a phase of implementing improved kidney care through projects being rolled out in low resource areas focused on awareness, education and action. This session delves into common barriers(both logistic and geopolitical) that can arise while implementing kidney care in low resource settings and gives key insights into how to overcome them.
