World Kidney Day, a joint initiative of the International Society of Nephrology (ISN) and the International Federation of Kidney Foundations – World Kidney Alliance (IFKF-WKA), is a global campaign dedicated to raising awareness of kidney health and reducing the burden of kidney disease worldwide.
Held every year on the second Thursday in March, WKD unites hundreds of organizations and individuals in hosting events, activities, and campaigns to spotlight the importance of kidney health.
