H.R.H. Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn has worked tirelessly on tremendous projects to help disadvantaged people and patients, including as founder of the H.R.H. Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Charity Fund, which supports projects to improve living conditions and education for the underprivileged in Thailand and as patron and president of the Kidney Foundation of Thailand.
