The ISN President Delivers Talk on the Current State of Kidney Diseases at Congress to Mark Thai Princess’s 100th Birthday

A kidney diseases congress in honor of Her Royal Highness Princess Galyani Vadhana Krom Luang Naradhiwas Rajanagarindra’s 100th birthday will be held from August 4-6, 2023, in Pattaya, Thailand.

The theme of the congress is “The Current State of Kidney Diseases: Progress and Challenges.” The three-day meeting will highlight issues for medical professionals in the developing world, including innovative, cost-effective prevention and early treatment strategies and integrated, interprofessional care models.

ISN President Masaomi Nangaku will deliver the plenary lecture, “Global Perspective of Kidney Disease: Challenges and Changes,” during the opening ceremony on August 4 from 11-11:20 a.m. Indochina Time (convert to your time zone here).

The congress is jointly hosted by the Nephrology Society of Thailand, the Kidney Foundation of Thailand, the Ministry of Public Health, the Transplantation Society, the Bhumirajanagarindra Kidney Institute Foundation, the Thai Pediatric Nephrology Association, the Nephrology Nurse Association of Thailand, and the Thai Transplant Coordinator Nurse Society.
