Tune In to the WCN’23 “Spotlight Sessions” and Experience the Dynamic Energy of Attending In Person the World Congress of Nephrology!

The winners of the ISN ISN Community Film Event receive their award

The Spotlight Stage quickly became a popular feature for delegates onsite in Thailand at the World Congress of Nephrology 2023 in April.

This open theatre in the exhibition and poster hall generated a hub of excitement as attendees enjoyed professional and social exchanges.

Activities on the Spotlight Stage included a quiz, first-person stories of professional paths, a fun and interactive session on using social media professionally, and kidney care reports from around the world. The buzz continued with the ISN Community Film Event award ceremony and the highly anticipated launch of the Global Kidney Health Atlas.

The spotlight sessions also generated a lot of social media activity:

Dr. Rafidah Abdullah tweeted:

Every single person is a winner! So much talent in producing the short films. No idea how people voted – as every single winner is so, so good! Congratulations to all #ISNWCN

Viviane Calice-Silva tweeted:

“It was great to share the stage with my dear friends from the ELP 2021 in this very important topic! CKD and primary healthcare workers: strategies to narrow down gaps and increase diagnosis”

The Renal Association Mauritius tweeted:

“After the dancing, deserving prizes given to the Africa winning team at the young nephrologists quiz at the #ISNWCN 23”
