ISN International Expert Forum report examines the evolving use of complement inhibitors in C3G and IgAN
New complement-targeting treatments are changing the therapeutic landscape for C3 glomerulopathy (C3G), primary immune-complex membranoproliferative glomerulonephritis (IC-MPGN), and IgA nephropathy (IgAN), raising important questions about how to use them in clinical practice. To explore these questions, the ISN convened the 2025 ISN Expert Forum on Complement Therapeutics in C3G & IgAN.
