Baxter and University Health Network to co-fund home dialysis training

ISN is happy to announce that Baxter and the University Health Network in Toronto is set to co-fund ISN Fellows wishing to receive training in home dialysis. As required in all ISN Fellowship Programs, participants are encouraged to share what they have learned with their colleagues once they return to their home institution.

This particular ISN Fellowship will provide practical hands-on learning for nephrologists who are planning to implement and grow their home dialysis programs at their local institutions. The purpose of the program is to provide advanced clinical education, skills improvement and knowledge sharing, which is otherwise unavailable in order to advance medical science. Fellows will train at the University Health Network, Toronto, Canada. A host mentor will be identified who is on faculty in that Division and is an ISN member.

Two places are available every year. Candidates can submit their application online through the ISN Fellowship Program call, CLICK HERE.

The next application deadline for the ISN Fellowship Program is May 1st, 2016. This is also valid when applying for the ISN Educational Ambassadors, ISN Sister Renal Centers and Clinical Research Programs. Find out more about the ISN Programs, HERE.
