A visual abstract on pregnancy and kidney failure based on the Kidney International Reports article “Parenthood with Kidney Failure: Answering Questions Patients Ask About Pregnancy” was released during an ISN Twitter space on September 14, “Pregnancy Matters.”

Listen to the Twitter space recording here.

The audio space was hosted by Manjusha Yadla, ISNEducation Social Media Team member, and Sibel Bek, ISN Social Media Team chair, who led the discussion with guest speakers Liz Lightstone (UK), Shilpa Jesudason (Australia), and Vincent Lee (Australia)*. Patients also joined the discussion to present first-hand experiences of pregnancy with kidney issues.

In addition, the ISN Education Social Media team presented an ISN Tweetorial addressing key concerns and questions on pregnancy from people with chronic kidney disease.
