Lyndsey Lamb’s story highlights the impact of organ donation. After being diagnosed with kidney failure, her husband took part in a kidney voucher exchange program, and she received a life-saving transplant. Her story is a powerful reminder of why kidney health awareness, early detection, and organ donation matter.

How can you get involved?

Host an event: Organize a kidney health talk, free screening, or patient support session, and add it to the WKD interactive map.

Take it online: Share key messages, patient stories, and advocacy efforts on social media using #WorldKidneyDay, and join the 2025 #AreYourKidneysOK hashtag challenge.
