Global Connections in Kidney Care: ISN Mentorship Program Welcomes 41 New Pairs

The ISN congratulates and extends a warm welcome to 41 newly matched mentorship pairs in the ISN Mentorship Program.

The ISN Mentorship Program facilitates global connections among ISN members to enhance understanding and practice of kidney care in diverse contexts. Mentees achieve professional goals while mentors hone leadership and coaching skills.

In the latest application round, the ISN Mentorship Program Advisory Group carefully selected 41 mentees from 26 countries across 9 ISN regions, expertly pairing them with both continuing and newly appointed mentors.

In 2023, half of the matched pairs are mentors and mentees from the same region, aligning with the ISN’s priority of strengthening regional collaborations.

These pairs will collaborate on diverse kidney-related projects, including clinical research, scientific writing, transplantation, and patient education.
