Kidney Outcomes in Patients With Diabetes Mellitus Did Not Differ Between Individual Sodium-Glucose Cotransporter-2 Inhibitors
This study compares the subsequent risk of developing kidney outcomes between individual sodium-glucose cotransporter-2 (SGLT2) inhibitors, including patients with diabetes mellitus newly treated with individual SGLT2 inhibitors.
The researchers found no significant difference in the annual eGFR decline slopes between patients taking different SGLT2 inhibitors.

Autosomal dominant tubulointerstitial kidney disease (ADTKD) is now considered the third most significant cause of genetic renal disease worldwide. This review discusses how our understanding of ADTKD has evolved over the last decades, with an emphasis on clinical features, molecular diagnosis, and pathology.
