New Global Initiative on Environmentally Sustainable Kidney Care
The Global Environmental Evolution in Nephrology and Kidney Care - GREEN-K initiative is an international, joint activity of leading national and regional kidney societies on environmentally sustainable kidney care through advocating for and educating in green nephrology to reduce the specialty's carbon footprint.
International Diabetes Federation (IDF) - ISN Joint Policy Brief on Living With Diabetes and Kidney Disease to Launch at Webinar on July 13
The joint IDF-ISN policy brief “Renewing the Fight: A Call to Action for Diabetes and Chronic Kidney Disease” will be launched at a webinar on July 13, 2023, from 2-3.15 p.m. CEST. It provides recommendations on action required to prevent, manage and treat diabetes and kidney disease, with testimonies from people living with both conditions.

Introducing the International Home Dialysis Consortium
The International Home Dialysis Consortium is led by the International Society for Peritoneal Dialysis and the ISN in conjunction with the International Pediatric Nephrology Association.
The consortium's objective is to bring the benefits of home dialysis to more patients in need by leveraging existing programs within the societies and engaging with other kidney care societies, patient organizations, researchers, advocates, policymakers, and commercial partners involved in peritoneal dialysis and home hemodialysis.
